TERE BIN LADEN Will Relaese As TERE BIN In Pakistan

It’s not new news that Ali Zafar has launched Alif Films and Records. Through it, Ali plans to release his upcoming cinematic debut, Tere Bin Laden. Through his company, Alif Records, Ali owns the rights to the film. Due to undisclosed reasons, Tere Bin Laden will release in Pakistan as Tere Bin. We don’t know why this name change has taken place at the eleventh hour (we can only guess they are keeping the cultural sensitivities of the Taliban in mind) but anyway more good news for fans is the music of the film.

Other than lending his vocals to the soundtrack, Ali has also composed, produced and sung a song for the film.

‘Bas Ek Sooch’ has a lovely acoustic folk feel to it and reminds one of the light melodies Ali Zafar can create. The recurring riffs never go too far, giving the song a floating feel. Lyrically, this is a song of hope, one that is staple Ali Zafar.

As the film gets set to release, Ali Zafar is also working on a separate music video for the tune. Things are looking up for the prince of pop. Salman Khan likes the film and so does major Bollywood player Karan Johar who also tweeted about the film to his legions of fans. The film is set to hit cinemas later this month so check it out…
