Indian Rock Revolution : Call For Entries

Indian Rock Revolution is India’s first studio based competition. Seamless records will launch this album which will feature 15 songs by 15 deserving bands across India. 50,000 copies of this album will be distributed to hardcore rock fans. This is an initiative by SeamEdu's School Of Sound Engineering.

Prizes:

* The winning band will feature on the cover of the album + Rs 10,000/- cash.
* The runner’s up band will get Rs 5000/- cash.

Details of the competition are as follows:

* Every band will send in their Demo track that they wish to get in this album. The Demo has to be at least 1 min long.
* The song has to be an original work of the band. You cannot cover any artist/band.
* If the song gets selected the band will have to travel to Pune to record their track at our studios or if the band cannot travel, they can send in the ProTools session file. (This will be done only in the rarest of rare cases) The final mixing will be done at our studios.
* Every band will send their demo along with a DD or a cheque of Rs 500/- as a participation amount favoring “Seamless Education Academy Pvt. Ltd. “
* The Entries have to be sent in before 25th of March 2010.

The 15 finalist will be informed by 30th of march and will be given a schedule for recording as per their convenience. The recordings will take place in the month of April and May. Each band will be given 45 hrs for Recording and Mixing.
